Our Homebuyer's Ultimate Guarantee (HUG)program guarantees the price, completion dateand quality of every home we build.
We guarantee that your home will be delivered and completed on time. Or we’ll pay you $250 for each day it is delayed.
We guarantee that you won’t experience additional costs or cost over-runs outside of the contracted price of your home or cottage.
Your home is guaranteed to meet or exceed the Ontario Building Code and Tarion's Construction Performance Guidelines. We extend the structural warranty of your home to 10 full years, which is three years above and beyond the industry standard.
